Atelier Manager

Job Description:

• Responsible for all development and production patterns. 
• Can oversee new pattern development and has advanced technical knowledge.
• Working closely together with production and design teams to ensure timely and efficient processes are in place to deliver each sample collection of the highest quality.
• Planning and coordinating the daily activities of the atelier. 
• Maintaining sample and development calendar, chasing deadlines, ensuring timely delivery.
• Attend fitting sessions and work on improvements on prototypes until they are ready for production. 
• In charge of item planning during development stage as well as other administrative tasks

Profile:

• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role  
• A degree in fashion, textiles
• Excellent communication and organisational skills 
• You work independently, flexible and are stress resistant.  
• Sense of responsibility and takes ownership of the entire process.
• Knowledge of all facets of the design process; patterns, illustrator files, sewing 
• Natural eye for detail, finish, fit.
• Available 32 hours a week
• You can work with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Fluency in English is a requirement.
