Shipping

All orders are shipped with an express shipping service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping is free on all orders over €1,000 and on all orders within the Netherlands. For all other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Netherlands: 3–4 business days

• Europe: 5–7 business days

• Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance or local courier services.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other local charges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Returns

You may return regular-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@shopeleph.com. We will provide you with the return instructions.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached. If an item is returned damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the item to you at your expense.

You may use the prepaid DHL return label provided by ELEPH, or arrange your own return shipment with a tracked courier. Please note that ELEPH is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees incurred during the original shipment are also non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and approved, we will refund the purchase price of the item to the original payment method within 14 days.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
